Ava Howe had surgery on Tuesday.  She is in neuroscience Intensive care at Carolina Medical in Charlotte.  She is in critical condition.  Please remember Ava in your prayers.

 

The Session meets tonight at 7:00 p.m.

 

Kid’s Pumpkin.  The pumpkin in the sanctuary is a declaration that Christ is the Lord of the harvest, but it is also a children’s game.  Each child is asked to guess the weight of the pumpkin and put their guess in the box in the narthex of the church.  The winner gets the pumpkin. 

 

The young people will have a Halloween party October 29, 3:00 p.m.

 

 

Robert Connolly and Carroll Robinson were elected Ruling Elders at the Congregational Meeting on September 24.  They will be installed during the worship service on October 29.
