The Westminster Confession of Faith (18,1)

Assurance of Grace and Salvation

Although hypocrites, and other unregenerate men, may vainly deceive themselves with false hopes and carnal presumptions of being in the favor of God and estate of salvation; which hope of theirs shall perish: yet such as truly believe in the Lord Jesus, and love him in sincerity, endeavoring to walk in all good conscience before him, may in this life be certainly assured that they are in the state of grace, and may rejoice in the hope of the glory of God; which hope shall never make them ashamed.

A Letter from Ann Warren Shumacher

I'm writing today to ask for your help and continued support.  Kevin and I have joined a wonderful group of women (yes, Kevin is an honorary woman) in the the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer 3 Day.  It's a 60 mile walk in 3 days.  In order to walk, I need to raise AT LEAST $2,200.00. Our team - the Warrior Women - has a goal of $60,000.00.  I know we can do it.  The money goes to the most wonderful foundation that provides support, research, and education.  The money you donate goes directly to the cause and is entirely tax deductible.

If you are interested, you may go to the actual website and donate directly to my personal account.  The website is www.the3day.org.  Click on "donate,” choose "Seattle," then enter my

Name:  Anna Schumacher.  You should be able to donate from there and receive info in regards to tax deduction forms.  If you have any problems or questions you can call the organization directly at (800) 996-3DAY.

If you'd like to donate to me directly, you may make the check out to "The Breast Cancer 3 Day".  My address is Anna Schumacher, 1100 Queen Anne Ave., Apt. 406, Seattle, WA 98109.

Thanks so much for your continued love, support, hugs, kisses, and laughter.  Sixty miles is nothing compared to what so many women and their families have gone through ...

All my love

Anna
